Dr. Ludin (she/her/hers) is a licensed clinical psychologist in California (PSY32172) and Colorado (PSY.0006125). She is an Assistant Professor in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Stanford University School of Medicine, where she works with the Couples & Family Therapy Clinic. She also sees clients in couples and families in private practice.
Dr. Ludin has developed clinical expertise in working with clients to address a broad array of issues; these include relational distress, trauma, sexual health, identity concerns, parenting, and life transitions. Dr. Ludin employs evidence-based approaches focused on clients’ strengths, goals, and values. In couples therapy, treatment draws from EFT, Gottman, and structural approaches. Individual and family treatment with Dr. Ludin integrates CBT and mindfulness-based strategies with attachment and family systems perspectives to best meet clients’ unique needs.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Ludin has dedicated significant time investigating the links between relational and sexual health, emotional connectedness, and intimate partner and sexual violence in adolescents and adults. She is an expert in issues at the intersection of sexual risk and health behaviors, consent-oriented education, and mental health.
